Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends | No overnight travel)

Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure. Top performers can earn over $30/hour. Paid weekly with a 60‑day performance review and opportunity for pay increase based on KPIs. Consistent, year‑round workload.

We are currently hiring experienced Home Specialists—skilled trades professionals who take ownership of their work, communicate well with homeowners, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

• 5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using mobile apps and job management software
• Experience in:
  Drywall repair and finishing, painting, carpentry and trim work, door and window repairs, light plumbing, light electrical

• Deliver high‑quality workmanship that meets company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job
• Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate
• Follow company procedures, checklists, and quality standards
• Complete client walkthroughs upon job completion
• Document work with before, during, and after photos
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Collect payments and maintain accurate job records
