You move through 3 levels as your skills grow:

• Beginner – Safety, tools, basic tasks
• Intermediate – More repairs, less supervision
• Advanced – Complex work, ready for permanent role

• +$1/hour at Intermediate
• +$1/hour at Advanced
• Final increase when hired permanently

• HVAC basics
• Plumbing basics
• Electrical basics
• Appliance repair
• Apartment turns
• Preventative maintenance
• Safety procedures

• Valid driver’s license required
• Travel to nearby sister properties for training
• Reliable attendance

Compensation package will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
