Schedule:

Day Shift: 6:30am – 7:00pm / Night Shift: 6:30pm – 7:00am. 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights.

Location: Decatur, AL.

• Perform troubleshooting for automated systems, including programmable logic controls, electrical components, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic interrelations.
• Take ownership of plant equipment reliability, preventing breakdowns and enhancing preventive maintenance practices.
• Document and analyze data to sustain equipment reliability.
• Act as an electro‑mechanical technician, applying reliability‑centered maintenance principles to design, plan, and execute repair projects.
• Collaborate as a reliable team member, consistently motivating teammates and remaining committed to job completion.

• Journeyman‑level knowledge of electrical and control systems, power transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and multi‑craft maintenance.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 shift rotation with fixed days or nights.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and adhere to company safety rules and GMPs.
• Capability to lead and direct a crew of contractors for planned or assisted jobs.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership in project settings.
• Proficient in verbal, written, and meeting communication.
• Skill in maintaining equipment through data analysis, preventive maintenance procedures, predictive maintenance practices, and reliability‑centered maintenance strategies.
• Motivation to advance personal knowledge and skill set.
• Drive to hold teammates accountable to high standards.
