Full Time. Travel Percentage:
None. Job Shift: Day. Immediate opening for experienced Multi‑Family Maintenance Tech.
General responsibilities include a thorough and complete knowledge of performing apartment maintenance repairs.
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Gutter and down spouts
- Stair/railings
- Pools
- Window replacement
- Lock replacement
- Floor tile
- Light Fixtures
- Ceiling fans
- Exterior building inspections and related paper work
- Proper use of hand tools and minor test equipment, sewer and sink machines, shampoo machine
Must own personal hand tools.
Must have HVAC certification, Texas Driver License, High School diploma or equivalent.
