Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and dependable Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for building and assembling custom fence components, gates, and metal structures to support our field installation teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands‑on, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and assemble metal fence panels, gates, and custom components
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and job specifications
- Operate shop equipment including welders, saws, grinders, and other fabrication tools
- Perform MIG/TIG welding based on project needs
- Measure, cut, and prep materials accurately to meet job requirements
- Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before leaving the shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, yard team, and installation crews to meet deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing orders for field teams
- Prior experience in fabrication, welding, or metal work preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements
- Experience with MIG welding required (TIG a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment (heat/cold conditions)
