Jackson Energy Authority is seeking a field telecom technician to perform trouble calls, installs, disconnects, service changes and routine maintenance for residential and business customers. You will troubleshoot, install gateways, fiber prep, and work with various cabling in customer premises.
The ideal candidate has a GED, up to one year in telecom field service, strong customer relations, and the ability to read diagrams and operate testing equipment.
