• The Inspection Squad: You will be part of a collaborative team of technicians responsible for performing a comprehensive inspection on every single vehicle that enters our shop. Quality starts with you.
• Learn the Ropes: Shadow our senior techs to learn advanced and complex repairs.
• Master the Basics: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and maintenance services with precision.
• Technical Training: Participate in both on‑the‑job mentorship and formal classroom training.
• Path to Leadership: We recognize talent. GS technicians who demonstrate strong leadership skills and consistent, high‑quality work have a direct path to move into a Team Lead position.

• The Foundation: You have a basic understanding of how cars work (you know your way around a wrench and a tailpipe).

  Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes a 1‑hour lunch break).
• The “Hustle” Factor: When the shop is hopping, days may extend to 6:00 PM.
• Competitive Hourly Pay: Guaranteed 40 hours a week, with time‑and‑a‑half overtime pay for those extra‑busy afternoons.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
