• Managing Your Service Route: Handle daily operations and time management.
• • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems.
  • Problem-solve customer accounts.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain safety when operating equipment or driving a company vehicle.

• Training pay $18‑$20, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
