Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you're the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk with you.

This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure
, giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.

What You’ll Do

Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish.
Supervise and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Represent Parham with professionalism and integrity on every job.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
.
Proven ability to lead an installation crew.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
EPA Certification REQUIRED
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Someone who takes ownership, continues learning, and believes great teams accomplish more together.
