We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Duct Cleaner who is interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC industry. This position will start with residential and commercial air duct cleaning services while providing hands‑on training and opportunities to learn HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter a skilled trade and grow into an HVAC Technician role.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain residential and commercial air duct systems.
- Operate duct cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect ductwork for cleanliness, damage, and efficiency concerns.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- HVAC knowledge
- Construction skills
- Duct work and installation experience

- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and willingness to be trained

WorkEnvironment
You will be paired with another Service Technician for training and hands‑on learning of the trade. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 – $39520.00/yr.
