Wide Open West is seeking a System Technician - Fiber to the Home (FTTH) to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize our fiber network across hubs, OTN cabinets, and outside plant. You will ensure reliable service for customers by addressing issues in both field and independent settings.
You will perform FTTH testing with OTDR, power meters, and spectrum analyzers, analyze results, and assist with restoration and documentation.
