Position Overview Role requires frequent statewide and nationwide travel
Supervise and coordinate sheet metal installation activities on job sites
Lead crews and coordinate with subcontractors
Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans
Per diem provided for travel assignments

Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
Experience with :
Rectangular duct Spiral ductwork
Roof curb equipment
Ability to read and interpret:
Blueprints Specifications Mechanical plans
Proven leadership skills with the ability to:
Manage crews
Coordinate subcontractors
Maintain project schedules
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both in-state and out-of-state
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
