Position OverviewWe’re looking for a dependable, motivated Lighting & Misting Installation Lead to take ownership of our lighting and misting operations. This role is based in Chattanooga but will occasionally travel to Knoxville, Huntsville, and Birmingham for larger projects.
You’ll lead crews in the field, manage materials and warehouse inventory, handle quoting and site evaluations, and ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and train installation crews on lighting and misting systems
- Manage warehouse inventory, materials ordering, and job prep
- Conduct site visits and quotes for new lighting or misting installations
- Install and oversee Jelly Fish Lighting, Christmas lighting, and outdoor misting systems
- Ensure wiring, mounting, and finishes are neat, safe, and professional
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
- Support company growth by helping launch new services like landscape lighting
- Experience in electrical, lighting, or construction trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and with power tools
- Basic wiring or low-voltage experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-starter who is reliable, organized, and takes pride in their work
- $40-$50K / Year with growth potential
