Matera recrute un Staff Backend Engineer pour définir et implémenter une architecture backend robuste et évolutive. Vous améliorerez la DevX, fixerez les standards et lancerez des chantiers techniques à fort impact, en collaboration avec le CTO et les Staffs.
Avec 8+ années d’expérience en backend, vous maîtrisez Ruby on Rails, Dev Ops et les outils d’orchestration comme Kubernetes et Terraform, tout en promouvant l’IA dans les méthodes de travail et l’expérience développeur.
