• Base mileage pay: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses: up to $0.08 CPM additional (fuel, safety, performance)
• Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,500
• Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800 per week
• Annual earnings: $62,400 - $75,000

• Out 12 days, home 48 hours every other week

• Requirement:
  Class A CDL and 120+ hours from an accredited school

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience (trainees and recent grads exempt)
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years
• No safety‑related terminations
• Solid 10‑year work history; school and training gaps acceptable
• No DUI/DWI or felonies in the last 10 years
• Must pass pre‑employment urine and hair follicle drug screening
