Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver - Home weekly
Job Type: Driving
The Route: Dedicated Family Dollar account covering multi-stop, floor-loaded freight. Expect a minimum of 2 stops and up to 6 per run.
100% Driver Unload: This is a highly physical role. You will unload approximately 3 trailers per week using a roller system. Each trailer contains around 3,000 cases (average case weight ranges from 1 to 20 lbs). Expect 3 to 4 hours of physical work per day.
Precision Driving: Tight backing is required at almost every stop. Our drivers back more in a single day than most OTR drivers do in an entire week.
Running Area: IA, CO, IL, OK, AR, MO, LA, MS, KS, MI, WI, WY, ND, SD, NE, TN.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (Automatic transmission, sleeper trucks, NO slip seating) towing a 53 ft dry van.
Compensation & Pay:Average Weekly Pay: $2,190 |
Average Annual Pay: $113,880
Weekly Base Pay: $1,290 (6 days x $215/day)
Additional Pay:
Layover, breakdown, and safety bonuses.
Home Weekly: Guaranteed 34-hour reset (Take your truck home!)

Requirements:Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
Experience:Min. 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months, OR 12 months in the past 3 years (Sleeper required, must have run at least 3 states).
Max 2 preventable accidents & max 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
NO DUI/DWI in the past 10 years; clean Clearinghouse record (No positive drug tests/violations ever).
Must pass DOT physical (min. 6 months remaining) and urine drug screen.
