Coco is hiring a Robot Delivery Specialist to support a 24/7 operation. You will prepare, deploy, retrieve, and maintain delivery robots, transport them to partner hubs, perform basic maintenance, and complete in-person deliveries when needed.
You’ll move quickly, solve problems, and follow clear SOPs using the Field Ops App. The role includes day-to-day field support, handoffs with central teams, and delivering high-quality service to customers and partner merchants.
