Job Description

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents that would disqualify the applicant under company insurance guidelines
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen and DOT physical examination
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow employees
• Must be dependable, responsible, and maintain a positive attitude

We're currently hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers who are looking for steady miles, quality equipment, competitive pay, and a company where they are treated with honesty and respect.

At SFS, you'll haul 100% no-touch freight and be paid for all miles—loaded and empty. Drivers start at 60 CPM and are eligible for additional compensation including detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, and extra stop pay.

While we operate in all 48 states, the majority of our freight runs east of the Mississippi River. We offer home time every weekend for your 34-hour reset, allowing you to spend time with family while maintaining a strong earning potential.

Our fleet consists of late-model Volvo and Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, refrigerators, 1800-watt inverters, free SiriusXM Radio, Pre Pass/Elite Pass, CB hookups, and TV hookups. Trucks are professionally washed every other weekend and maintained at our Morristown terminal to help keep our drivers  addition to competitive pay, we offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Colonial Benefits Supplemental Coverage, a 401(k) with company match, six paid holidays, and both rider and pet policies.
