Overview

Inventory Coordinator – Jackson, TNCompensation includes starting pay rate of $25 - 28/hour.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods and roll stock
- Make updates/adjustments in AX
- Provide support to loader/checkers and warehouse associates to verify product when not located
- Assist in providing product staging training and system support for warehouse personnel
- Field emails from Customer Service for inventory verifications
- Audit finished good scans and reconcile in AX
- Compare route card vs report as finished journals and determine root causes of any discrepancies
- Monitor and timely disposition any reject FG and paper inventories in coordination with Quality Department
- Provide the correct documentation for any returned inventory and entering into AX
- Log any exceptions from warehouse drivers where scan guns were not working and reconcile inventory
- Review and disposition of any old/obsolete inventory
- Consolidate items to help improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Receive paper into inventory
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Reading, writing and basic math skills
- Must be computer literate and have proven intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be able to problem-solve to make sure that customers are satisfied
- Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management
- Forklift and aerial platform experience
- Good organization and time management skills; uses good initiative
