As a Warehouse Equipment Operator, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on‑site employee in Jackson, TN.

You’ll get to

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta in both manual and automated environments.
• Operate warehouse equipment including High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Work with picking technologies such as picking modules, Autostore, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM), and cart picking systems to accurately pick orders.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Train and become certified on all required equipment if not already experienced.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled.
• Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

You also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
• Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment is essential.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
