Warehouse Associate 3 – 2nd Shift

Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Picks all line orders and stages them for shipping.
• Picks product and builds pallets to standard.
• Stages product on the shipping dock according to the shipping schedule.
• Utilizes the RF scanner to ensure product accuracy.
• Matches shade numbers accurately through label verification.
• Creates a new license plate and places it on the pallet correctly.
• Turns in breakage sheets on a daily basis.
• Reads item labels and identifies product types.
• Navigates the warehouse effectively.
• Thinks critically and makes decisions.
• Communicates well at all levels.

• 1-3 years of experience in a picking position.
• Basic math functions (piece to square foot calculations) and database/query knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and respond to non‑verbal communication.
• Leadership skills including critical thinking, decision making, listening, and influence.
• Ability to learn, live, and promote Emser Tile culture and values.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and results‑driven.
• Customer‑focused.
• Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Work in a distribution center environment (cold in winter, hot in summer).
• Work in a loud environment.
• Lift up to 100+ pounds.
• See and hear.
• Use hands/arms.
• Work on a computer for long periods.
• Bend and kneel.
• Forklift certification required.

• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Work pre‑determined 2nd shift hours (4pm-1am) and may be asked to work more based on business need.
