Ferguson is currently seeking 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals interested in warehouse, shipping, or receiving who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Monday–Friday, 8:00PM start time.
** Pay and Benefits**
* ** Starting Pay:** **$20.00 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift differential

** Responsibilities
* ** Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
* Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
* Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
* Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
* Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
* Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‐oriented work environment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‐protection equipment when required
* Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
