** The Job:
** As a Warehouse Equipment Operator, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee.

You’ll get to:

* Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta
* Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse.
* Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
* Train and become certified on all required equipment if not already experienced.
* Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order.
* Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled.
* Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA.
* Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems, as well as powered equipment.
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

You also have:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
* Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment is essential.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
