As a Distribution Center Team Leader, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to manually load and unload materials, stack and wrap pallets, sort materials, and perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also get to:
Manually load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets. Stack, organize, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment using shrink wrap and other materials. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled. Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment. Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred. Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite). Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required by the department. The Details:
