Bell Property Returns & Warranty Warehouse Rep – Piney Flats, TN (Job Number: 343757)
This position supports Bell Property Returns (BPR), Customer Property Returns (CPR), and the Customer Advantage Plan (CAP)/Warranty team, working primarily in the warehouse, shipping, and parts control areas of the Piney Flats facility.
Shift and On‑call Requirements- 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Mandatory on‑call 24/7 for one week or rotationally for AOG incidents or business needs (typically once every six weeks)
- Expedite orders for AOG and other customer needs
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counting
- Use SAP MRP systems to perform required job duties
- Locate, move, track, or report the status of components for CAP/Warranty deliveries
- Unpack received components, verify correct listing on paperwork, and match packing list and FAA 8130‑3 description
- Inspect received components for damage
- Create shipping labels, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.
- Schedule freight and cargo daily pickups
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
- Operate company vehicles, including forklifts, golf carts, trucks, and other material‑handling equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and professional business conduct
- Initiative, motivation, and ability to learn quickly
- Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and similar carriers
- Demonstrated flexibility in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of related experience (additional experience may qualify for higher level/salary grade)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate motorized and non‑motorized material‑handling equipment (golf carts, trucks, forklifts)
- Prior warehouse/shipping experience strongly preferred
- Hazmat and Export experience strongly preferred
- Employee Processor Certification for Explosives preferred
- Lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds; team lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods during the shift
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for small components and tools
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary
- Good vision, including detail focus and defect identification
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues
- Work in extreme temperatures during summer months
- Use computer equipment (keyboard, mouse, standard software)
- Follow instructions and request clarification when needed
- 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)
