Simon & Schuster has immediate openings in its Jackson, TN distribution facility for Material Handlers. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. These positions will maintain thorough workflows in various departments.

• Maintain thorough workflows in various departments within the distribution center.
• Support daily goals and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Uphold safety standards and quality of work throughout shifts.

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet workplace demands
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees
• Ability to work alongside employees and accomplish daily goals
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to remain standing and active for the duration of scheduled shifts
• Comfortable performing a full range of physical movements, including bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards

Full-time:
Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Part-time: 1st Shift – Monday, Wednesday, with flexible availability between 7:30am and 4:00pm

Part-time: 2nd Shift – Monday, Wednesday, with flexible availability between 3:00pm and 11:30pm

Hourly rate ranges: $16-20/hr depending on experience
