Responsibilities
- Work independently to load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site.
- Utilize RF devices to fill orders and issue materials and supplies per requests.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies.
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Champion effective inventory management practices.
- Adhere to and promote safety and security policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional reliability while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift or push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
You can expect to earn a wage that is competitive and reliable, with compensation opportunities based on your personal development and performance. This includes the PEAK Program, specially designed for logistics associates, featuring a variety of e‑learning and practical development training to boost your operational skills. Satisfactory completion of PEAK I is rewarded through a $1 increase to an associate's base wage rate;
completion of PEAK II is rewarded through a $2 increase to an associate's base wage rate. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the Branch's annual financial performance.
