Bright Star Care - - - Responsibilities:
Provide hygiene care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and medication reminders;
Prepare and administer meals according to the client's diet;
Assist client in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care and document observed changes; report changes to the Director of Nursing;
Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping;
Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care by adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards; ensure the client's rights are adhered to
