Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator Stager Food Industry to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator Stager Food Industry, you will be part of the production department supporting the blending and staging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator Stager Food Industry

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:45pm - 6:05am

What's the Job?

• Perform all dry staging operations to ensure continuous production flow.
• Help meet production needs with regard to quality, GMPs, and safety standards, including HACCP compliance.
• Stage blending batches following proper procedures, FIFO dates, and specific instructions for products with boxed ingredients.
• Supply blenders with batches as needed and manage partial ingredients storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the staging area, including cleaning parts during the C.I.P. process and managing salt, flavor, allergen, and cocoa flushes.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience operating forklifts or aerial lift trucks preferred.
• Willingness to be trained and certified in Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for professional growth.
