Join a Growing Manufacturing TeamWe are a privately owned manufacturing company specializing in aluminum extrusion, metal stamping, and custom fabrication. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and help keep our equipment running efficiently.

Schedule- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime available
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Typical range: $25.00 – $32.00+ per hour
- Additional compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates
- Repair and maintain production equipment and plant machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Work closely with production personnel to resolve equipment-related issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience with extrusion equipment strongly preferred
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience highly preferred
- Ability to work with industrial electrical systems, including 480V equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical certification, trade school training, or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
