Are you an experienced Metal or Plastic Extrusion Technician looking for a stable company where your skills are valued and your career can grow?

We are a privately owned manufacturing company with approximately 20 employees specializing in aluminum extrusion, metal stamping, and custom fabrication. Due to significant growth in production, we are expanding our team and seeking a talented Metal Extrusion Technician / Press Operator to help support our continued success.

Schedule

• First Shift: Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime available and frequently offered

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on extrusion industry experience
• Typical range: over 30 an hour
• Additional compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates

What You'll Do

• Operate and troubleshoot aluminum extrusion press equipment
• Monitor production quality and process efficiency
• Perform machine setup and adjustments
• Assist with process improvements and production optimization
• Work closely with production leadership to meet customer requirements
• Support training and mentoring of team members when needed
• Help maintain a safe and productive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Metal or Plastic Extrusion experience is REQUIRED
• Aluminum extrusion experience strongly preferred
• Basic machine programming experience is a plus
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators and management
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience
• Stable work history and strong attendance record
