Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Stagers to join their team. As a 1st Shift Stagers, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and staging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Shift:
** Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in staging and preparing materials for production

+ Ensure all items are correctly assembled and organized

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Follow safety protocols and quality standards

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Ability to work early morning shifts

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards
