Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager to join their team. As a Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager, you will be part of the production department supporting the blending and staging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:45 pm - 6:05 am

What's the Job?

• Perform all dry staging operations to ensure continuous production flow.
• Supply blenders with batches as needed, following proper procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the staging area and equipment.
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of process equipment, including CIP procedures.
• Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance and follow up on repairs.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience operating forklifts or aerial lift trucks preferred.
• Willingness to be trained and certified in Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for professional growth.
