Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager to join their team. As a Machine Operator 3rd shift Stager, you will be part of the production department supporting the blending and staging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Sunday - Thursday, 9:45 pm - 6:05 am

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform all dry staging operations to ensure continuous production flow.

+ Supply blenders with batches as needed, following proper procedures and safety standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the staging area and equipment.

+ Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of process equipment, including CIP procedures.

+ Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance and follow up on repairs.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.

+ Experience operating forklifts or aerial lift trucks preferred.

+ Willingness to be trained and certified in Lock Out Tag Out and Confined Space procedures.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for professional growth.
