Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd shift Blender Machine Operator to join their team. As a 3rd shift Blender Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality.
• Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
