Deputy Treasurer

The Teton County Treasurer's Office is seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a customer service environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist with the busy front window of the office, providing excellent service to the public and supporting the daily operations of the Treasurer’s Office.

• Assist customers at the front window with inquiries, payments, and transactions.
• Process tax payments, vehicle registrations, and other related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and communications.
• Provide clear and courteous communication to the public and other county departments.
• Support the Treasurer’s Office staff with various administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with county policies and procedures in all financial transactions.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and record keeping preferred.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
