We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end residential construction projects near Jackson. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day jobsite activity from site work through final finishes, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and built to the company’s exceptional quality standards.
You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, maintain documentation, and oversee quality control while working closely with project leadership and internal crews. Projects typically run 24–36 months, allowing you to truly take ownership of complex builds and see them through from start to finish.
This is a company that believes in strong mentorship and support in the field. You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team and a General Superintendent who actively mentors site leaders and helps solve problems as they arise.
What You'll Actually Do:- Lead daily field operations across all phases of high-end residential construction
- Manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and maintain project schedules
- Oversee site logistics, material procurement, and jobsite setup
- Maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure work meets the company’s high standards
- Review shop drawings, track change orders, and manage project documentation
- Coordinate weekly jobsite meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Communicate project progress and challenges with internal leadership
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role
- Strong understanding of residential construction from site work through final finishes
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Experience with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Microsoft Office
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, building assemblies, and jobsite safety
- Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on quality workmanship and team collaboration
- Target Compensation $110K - $130K + annual performance bonus
- Based near Jackson, WY – projects typically within ~20 miles of town
- Vehicle allowance provided for site travel
