Construction Superintendent
willleadday-to-dayfieldoperationsforresidentialand/orcommercialprojectsandisresponsibleformanagingjobsiteexecutionfromplanningthroughcompletion—driving schedule,quality,safety,andcoordinationacrosstradesandstakeholders.

The Superintendentworksinclosepartnershipwiththe Project Managerandcommunicatesregularlywithowners ,tenants,anddesignteamstoensureexpectationsaremetandconstructiondocumentsareexecutedtoNWBCstandards.

• Meetwithbuildingowners/tenantstoreviewbuild-outspecificationsandplannedimprovements
• Createestimatesforbuild-out projects(labor,materials,supplies,andancillarycosts)
• Coordinateallconstructionservicesandactivitieson-site
• Maintainandmanagedaily/weekly/monthlyschedulesandsupportbudgetcontrol;adjustasneededtohitdeadlines
• Leadandmanageon-siteconstructioncrewsandsubcontractors
• Attendproductionmeetingsandmaintainconstantcommunicationwiththe Project Manager
• Maintainadailyjobsitelogandtakedailyphotos
• Ensureworkmeetsqualityexpectationsof New West Building Company ,theclient/design team,andtheconstructiondocuments
• Placematerialordersandmaintainresponsibilityforequipmentandmaterialson-site
• Monitorsafetycompliance;maintainprojectsafety/injurylogsandupholdsafeworkpractices
• Maintainsitecleanlinessandoverallorderliness
• Keepdetailedrecordsforsitepersonnelandjobsiteactivities
• Overseeallphasesoftheprojectthroughcompletion
• Performotherdutiesasprojectneedsarisetosupporttheoverallsuccessoftheprojectandtheprojectteam

• Minimum5yearsofexperienceasa Construction Superintendentorinasimilarrole
• Strongunderstandingofconstructionoperations,sequencing,andfieldcoordination
• Knowledgeoflocalquality,safety,andhealthguidelinesforconstructionjobsites
• ProficiencywithMSOffice
  
  Suite(Project,Excel,Word),Procore,and Bluebeam
• Demonstratedstrengthsin:
  • Organizationandtimemanagement
  • Leadershipandcollaborationwithdiverseinternal/external partners
  • Adaptability,responsiveness,andclearcommunication
• OSHA

Compensation:

Thepayratelistedreflectsthemaximumforthisrole.
