This is a full‑time position beginning in the upcoming academic year.

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, classical Kindergarten curriculum.
• Teach foundational literacy and numeracy using phonics-based reading and hands‑on math instruction.
• Foster curiosity and wonder through stories, poetry, nature study, art, music, and play‑based learning.
• Integrate faith and character formation into daily classroom life.
• Create a joyful, orderly, and engaging classroom environment.

• Support students’ social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
• Encourage habits of attention, kindness, perseverance, and responsibility.
• Observe and assess student progress and communicate regularly with families.

• Partner closely with parents.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen curriculum and school culture.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
• Teaching certification or ability to obtain certification
• Experience teaching young children (Kindergarten or early elementary preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Love for children and enthusiasm for teaching foundational skills

• Experience or interest in classical education
• Training in phonics‑based reading instruction
• Desire to grow professionally within a classical school environment
