Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for a team of Commercial Lenders, maintaining confidentiality and delivering superior customer service.
- Gather financial and loan data requirements, prepare electronic loan file documentation for consumer and commercial loans, conduct research, and coordinate services with internal business units and third‑party providers.
- Assist in managing banker workflow and pipeline, including early‑stage loan processing duties such as communicating with borrowers, entering loan details into platforms, ordering third‑party services and verifications, and tracking loan progress to meet deadlines.
- Greet and respond to customers professionally via in‑person, telephone, and email channels; navigate bank systems to provide account details and assist with financial transfers, transactions, and loan payments.
- Facilitate management and tracking of Commercial and Residential Construction projects to ensure compliance and timely fund availability; become familiar with commercial and consumer regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Review loan documents and files for accuracy, completeness, and proper collateral security.
- Perform special projects and unplanned tasks requiring quick turnaround, collaborating with staff to complete high‑priority assignments and coordinate work efforts across multiple computer systems and applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1+ year(s) of financial services experience.
- 2+ year(s) of customer service or sales experience.
- Experience working independently in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment with strong multi‑tasking abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation.
- Extreme level of confidentiality.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
