Responsibilities

As a Relationship Banker I you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively, stimulating and motivating others while being responsive to their needs.
  • Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently while following established guidelines.
  • Participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and policies.
  • Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including developing relationships with business partners and clients, introducing new products, services and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and a broad base of financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates, treating everyone with respect and consideration.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired

Skills:

  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial services experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Self‑starter, passionate and motivated.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking for analyzing situations and making sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
