ResponsibilitiesAs a Relationship Banker I you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively, stimulating and motivating others while being responsive to their needs.
- Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently while following established guidelines.
- Participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and policies.
- Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience, including developing relationships with business partners and clients, introducing new products, services and digital solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, and a broad base of financial and credit services.
- Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates, treating everyone with respect and consideration.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired
Skills:
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial services experience.
- 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Self‑starter, passionate and motivated.
- Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- Logical thinking for analyzing situations and making sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
