About the Role

The SVP, Private Client Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients while driving growth through new business development and referral partnerships. This role delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions that may include trust, investment, estate planning, retirement, insurance, and workplace wealth services.

What You’ll Do
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, building relationships with clients and referral partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  • Develops new business through networking, prospecting, community involvement, and strategic referral partnerships.
  • Provides an exceptional client experience by guiding relationships from discovery through implementation and ongoing service.
  • Analyzes clients' financial circumstances and recommends tailored wealth management strategies aligned with their goals.
  • Identifies and delivers creative, compliant solutions for complex financial planning and wealth legacy needs.
  • Coordinates client onboarding, documentation, and implementation processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meets or exceeds revenue, asset growth, and client acquisition goals.
  • Maintains a strong presence in the community and cultivates a network of professional advisors and centers of influence.
  • Stays current on wealth management trends, fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to deliver integrated trust, investment, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and workplace wealth solutions.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 10–15 years of wealth advisory, planning, business development, and banking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of wealth management, trust, investment, retirement, insurance, and estate planning solutions.
  • Understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
