Position Summary

The Outdoor Pursuits Guide assists with the daily operations of the Outdoor Pursuits and program planning. Duties include assisting the Outdoor Pursuits Manager and Director with programming, reservations, facility maintenance, retail sales, activities, and instruction.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our guests.

Requirements
  • Assist members and guests with all equipment rental needs.
  • Provide the members and guests with appropriate property information, including but not limited to: nature trails, biking trails, fishing activities, archery course, etc.
  • Provide the guests and members with guided adventures including but not limited to: nature hikes, biking, fishing, archery, riflery, trap shooting, and any additional activities added.
  • Assist with retail sales, stocking, and inventorying.
  • Properly handle any activity reservations for members and guests.
  • Transport guests to and from activities utilizing company vehicles.
  • Answer phones according to company standards.
  • Assist the director with other tasks when requested.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-year hospitality and recreation experience preferred.
  • Strong guest service background. Ability to provide a high level of service, programming, and instruction for our guests and members.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Previous recreation or customer service experience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of fishing, canoeing, kayaking, bicycles, golf carts, and fitness equipment.
  • Passion for outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, skiing and winter sports
  • Knowledge of recreation programming and facility management.
