We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Jackson Hole team.

Work from home.

Schedule:

8:00am to 5:00pm MT, may include weekends and holidays. Applicants must be residents of Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Utah or Nevada.

• Starting at $20 per hour plus monthly incentive based on reservations completed

• Answer inbound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts in Jackson Hole Resort’s Teton Village and Snake River Sporting Club
• Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested
• Enter reservation and guest details correctly into Property Management Systems
• Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to guests
• Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department – audits, deposit tracking, etc.
• Assist guests with class and style as they plan and book their dream stay

• Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
• Previous luxury hotel or customer service experience is preferred
• Great computer skills with multiple programs and the ability to toggle between them
• Sales focused and service minded with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
• Eagerness to learn and take pride in work
• Friendly, energized and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with ability to multi‑task
• Detail oriented and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
