Snake River Sporting Club is a luxurious retreat that combines the beauty of nature with high‑end amenities and activities. The property includes a private golf club, residences, and homes in a vacation rental pool. Covering nearly 1,000 acres, it features a world‑class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, an equestrian center, first‑rate fishing, and a working ranch.

In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is excited to announce a new full‑service luxury hotel opening on the property, The Sylvan Lodge. The lodge offers hotel rooms and condos with rooftop patio views, a 10,000‑sq‑ft wellness center and spa, and all the services expected from a luxury resort.

Job Description

As a Line Cook, you are the heart of our resort, using your skills and expertise to delight guests with culinary creations. You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and plating of high‑quality food from a seasonally inspired menu.

Requirements
  • Work alongside the Executive Chef to create memorable food experiences for guests.
  • Prepare appetizers, salads, banquet items, a‑la‑carte items, and more.
  • Assist with banquet preparation and production.
  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
  • Prepare food and present it appealingly.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and restock when necessary.
  • Follow all food safety regulations.
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent time‑management skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
