Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel offers breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and a variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson’s largest venue, it features over 20,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, 203 guest rooms, and luxury condo rentals.

We are seeking a passionate individual for our Culinary team, eager to grow their skills in the kitchen. Candidates should have experience in a professional kitchen, a desire to learn, and the ability to work with culinary leadership to create seasonal menus. The Cook assists in food production and preparation for various dining settings, including cafeteria, banquet, and fine dining.

• Develop skills in various cooking methods (grill, sauté, fry)
• Gain experience with knives and kitchen equipment
• Read and recreate recipes
• Ensure consistency in food preparation
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization
• Work with a world-class culinary team
• Create workstations with necessary ingredients and tools
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting)
• Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen environment
• Store food and items properly
• Ensure ingredient quality
