Job Responsibilities- Managing the safe and efficient organization and operation of the Engineering department, lodge units, association property, mechanical systems, and associated areas.
- Creating and facilitating a preventative maintenance schedule.

- Experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12; preference for full‑service hotel experience and upscale independent hotel background.
- Strong hiring, training, and coaching skills to provide top‑notch service to guests.
- Dependable, organized, and positive, can‑do mindset to guide the team through challenges.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and accept feedback for growth.
