We are seeking friendly, professional Guest Services Representatives to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure a comfortable, memorable stay for our guests.

What does a Guest Services Representative do?
Guest Services Representatives are the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests upon arrival, coordinating seamless check-ins and check-outs, informing guests about the resort’s amenities, and assisting with activity and dining reservations both on-site and in the surrounding area.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and elevating the guest experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ultimately, your goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, handling requests efficiently, and representing the resort with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service experiences throughout each guest’s stay

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless welcome process

  • Monitor daily arrivals and ensure all assigned rooms are prepared and inspected prior to check-in

  • Coordinate luggage assistance, storage, and delivery as needed

  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and processing financial transactions

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests

  • Listen attentively and take initiative to resolve guest concerns or complaints

  • Act as the liaison between guests and various departments, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up

  • Provide information about the resort’s amenities, including breakfast, spa, and dining options

  • Promote all hotel services, features, and special programs to enhance the guest experience

  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver a smooth and comfortable guest stay

  • Recommend local attractions, dining, shopping, and sightseeing opportunities

  • Assist with booking activities, tours, and restaurant reservations on behalf of guests

  • Foster positive relationships with returning and long-term guests to encourage loyalty

  • Skilled in conflict resolution and quick, thoughtful problem-solving

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and personal presentation

  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus

Familiarity with Hotel Management Software (PMS systems) is an advantage, though not required. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided

Position Details
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Flexible scheduling- must be available for weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
Starting at $20.00 per hour

Hours:

~40 per week

Schedule Options
  • 8-hour shifts

  • Morning, mid, or night shifts(7AM-3PM// 3PM-11PM)

Availability Requirements
  • This position requires availability through at least mid to late October

  • Applicants with availability limited to "Summer Break" will not be considered

  • Preference is given to candidates seeking year-round employment; however, we gladly consider seasonal applicants whose availability aligns with our staffing needs

Relocation Requirement
  • Must be able to relocate to Jackson, WY 83001by or before start date
