DESCRIPTION
:
The Gatehouse Attendant is responsible for welcoming members, guests, and authorized visitors while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional entrance to the Snake River Sporting Club. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for homeowners, club members, and hotel guests and plays an important role in creating a warm, hospitable experience while following club access and security procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Monitor and control access to the club property in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Verify member and guest information and ensure guests are properly authorized to enter the property.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, contractors, and other non-member traffic as required.
- Provide directions and general information about club facilities, events, services, and activities.
- Communicate with club departments, management, security personnel, and other staff regarding arriving guests and special requests.
- Monitor the gate and surrounding entrance area for unusual activity or safety concerns and report issues promptly.
- Receive and direct deliveries and service personnel to the appropriate location.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gatehouse and entrance area.
- Follow all club safety, emergency, privacy, and security procedures.
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of club members and guests.
- Respond calmly and professionally to questions, concerns, or difficult situations and notify management when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by club management.
